At San.Té – The Ritual Matcha, quality is at the heart of everything we create.

Our Japanese Ceremonial Matcha is cultivated in Kagoshima, Japan, using carefully selected tea cultivars. The leaves are shade-grown and harvested during the first spring harvest, between April and May, then processed and stone-milled in Kyoto to preserve their freshness, vibrant green color and distinctive flavour profile.

Naturally rich in umami, our matcha has a smooth, creamy texture, subtle natural sweetness and no harsh bitterness, qualities that reflect the care taken throughout its cultivation and production.

To honor the ritual of matcha preparation, we collaborated with a local ceramic artisan to create our exclusive collection of bowls (chawan) and accessories.

Each piece is individually handcrafted, with subtle variations that make every bowl unique, a celebration of craftsmanship, character and the beauty of imperfection.

Together, our matcha and ceramics create a complete sensory experience: a modern ritual rooted in Japanese tradition, craftsmanship and the simple pleasure of slowing down.
